Emma is the first face and voice of SA Piggush and joined our team in July 2024. She is focused on enhancing client relationships through personalized service and communication. She works closely with the team to execute all aspects of client experience, including branding, office administration, social media management, event planning, and more. Additionally, Emma provides support to the team through account administration and compliance oversight. She genuinely cares about each of our clients and strives to get to know each one on a much deeper and personal level.
Before coming to SA Piggush, Emma came from the City of Kankakee after working there for 5 years as a secretary to the City Comptroller and City Attorney, where she enjoyed developing and maintaining effective working relationships with city staff and customers.
Emma completed her Associate of Applied Science in Business at Kankakee Community College in 2018.
Emma was born and raised in Bourbonnais, IL, and is a Bradley Bourbonnais Community High School graduate. She married her husband, Tim Gordon, in June of 2024 and together they own and operate the Chicago Dough Company in Bourbonnais. She enjoys reading books, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and their dog Scout.
